Our patients are important to us. Whether you’re preparing for your first visit or following up after your treatment, our patient portal is for your convenience. As a courtesy to our patients, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a $50 fee as per our company policies if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Booking appointments online do not reflect the final cost for services. Pricing may vary and the online booking is intended to hold your appointment slot.
